Your sales team might need a shot in the arm to increase their numbers. Instead of beating them up and demanding more sales you might want to invest in them by training them in a new technique. Your sales staff have been selling your product the same way for some time, a fresh approach will let them see new opportunities.
Training seminars are available in every geographic location so you don’t need to spend extra money for hotels and travel, some facilitators will come to your location. Be aware that off site seminars are more beneficial to your team because they will be more receptive in a fresh atmosphere. Everyone should be required to attend.
